She previously managed the oversight and financial performance of more than 3,000 apartment homes, with a strong focus on acquisitions and dispositions, value-add project management, and stabilizing property operations.
Tess is a well-respected member of the real estate community, with notable professional affiliations including the Maryland Multi-Housing Association, where she has earned Gold, Silver, and Bronze Star Awards for “Overall Property of the Year.” She holds both CAM and LIHTC certifications.

Scott currently oversees seven communities totaling 2,400 apartment homes across Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Howard County, and Prince George’s County. He has also been instrumental in enhancing the company’s management practices by creating policies, procedures, and best practices for training across the portfolio.
With 19 years of experience in property management, Scott has a proven track record of success. Before joining Murn, he served as a Property Manager at a national property management company, where he managed four Class-A communities.
