Jason Stahl joined Murn in March 2024 as Regional Service Manager, bringing more than 30 years of multifamily experience with a focus on asset management, maintenance operations, and capital improvement initiatives.
Throughout his career, Jason has led large-scale construction and facilities management projects, including the successful completion of more than $30 million in capital improvements and renovations. In his current role, he oversees all phases of construction and renovation management across Murn’s rapidly expanding portfolio. He is also responsible for the daily oversight of maintenance operations, including team leadership, policy development, process implementation, and the execution of major contracts.
Patrick joined Murn in 2025 as a Project Coordinator, reporting directly to CEO Chris Murn and COO Keith Gillan. In this role, he supports all phases of project development and provides internal coordination as Murn continues to grow in both local and national markets.
With over 15 years of experience as a Program Director and Coordinator, Patrick has a strong background in managing complex initiatives and building partnerships across local organizations and government agencies. His expertise in contract management, event planning, and operational logistics brings valuable perspective to Murn’s development, management, and construction efforts.
A lifelong participant and coach in the sports and recreation community, Patrick’s team-oriented mindset and leadership skills further enhance his contributions to Murn’s continued success.
Stephen White joined Murn in December 2024 as an Analyst. Before joining the company, he worked for a real estate firm in South Florida specializing in the acquisition, management, and development of diverse asset types.
In his current role, Stephen is responsible for financial underwriting of new acquisitions, managing the due diligence process, and analyzing portfolio performance metrics to support Murn’s continued growth and investment strategy.
Lauren Younes joined Murn in October 2024 as Regional Onboarding Manager, where she oversees the setup and operational integration of all new acquisitions. With more than 16 years of experience in the property management industry, Lauren has successfully guided communities to peak performance through strategic initiatives focused on NOI growth, resident satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Throughout her career, Lauren has worked across multiple Maryland markets—including Howard, Prince George’s, Anne Arundel, Montgomery, and Baltimore Counties, as well as Baltimore City—and most recently supported Murn’s expansion into the Texas market. Her diverse experience across lease-ups, takeovers, and mixed-use communities has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics and a proven ability to drive results.
Carol joined Murn in 2022 as a Property Manager and transitioned to the role of Company Training and Onboarding Manager in 2023. In her current position, Carol is pivotal in managing the onboarding process for new team members and crafting comprehensive learning and development programs to support employee career growth.
With over 20 years of on-site experience as a Property Manager, Carol has worked across major markets including Pennsylvania, Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. She has demonstrated excellence in transitioning new acquisitions, launching new development projects, and repositioning properties for success. Carol’s diverse experience and dedication to team development make her a valuable asset in the onboarding and training process.

Diedre joined Murn in 2024 as a Senior Accounting Analyst, bringing over 20 years of extensive experience in accounting and accounting systems. In her role, she leverages her expertise in financial management, with a particular emphasis on systems analysis and implementation.
Before joining Murn, Diedre excelled as a Senior Accounting Systems Analyst and Senior Accountant, where she successfully led multiple systems conversions and upgrades. Her proactive approach and in-depth knowledge of accounting principles have been instrumental in streamlining processes and enhancing organizational efficiency.
Diedre holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from South Carolina State University and is a FitchGelb Certified Yardi Core System Administrator, highlighting her proficiency in advanced accounting technologies.

With over two decades of extensive experience in multi-family housing maintenance, Donte oversees maintenance operations, providing essential training, support, and guidance to Service teams across Murn Management’s portfolio.
His career reflects a strong commitment to excellence in property management, demonstrated by his 20-year tenure as a Service Manager for prominent properties in the DMV area.

Tess joined Murn in January 2024 as a Regional Portfolio Manager, where she is responsible for overseeing the operations and daily management of Murn’s communities across the DMV area.
With over 15 years of experience in the property management industry, including 11 years with a top-rated REIT, Tess brings a wealth of expertise to her role. She previously managed the oversight and financial performance of more than 3,000 apartment homes, with a strong focus on acquisitions and dispositions, value-add project management, and stabilizing property operations.
Tess is a well-respected member of the real estate community, with notable professional affiliations including the Maryland Multi-Housing Association, where she has earned Gold, Silver, and Bronze Star Awards for “Overall Property of the Year.” She holds both CAM and LIHTC certifications.
Desire joined Murn in 2022 as a Property Manager and quickly advanced to the role of Regional Portfolio Manager. In this position, she continues to excel in enhancing property performance and delivering outstanding value across her portfolio.

Scott joined Murn in 2019 as a Property Manager for a multi-phase apartment and townhome community in Elkridge. His exceptional performance led to his promotion to Regional Portfolio Manager in 2023. Scott currently oversees seven communities totaling 2,400 apartment homes across Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Howard County, and Prince George’s County. He has also been instrumental in enhancing the company’s management practices by creating policies, procedures, and best practices for training across the portfolio.
With 19 years of experience in property management, Scott has a proven track record of success. Before joining Murn, he served as a Property Manager at a national property management company, where he managed four Class-A communities. His meticulous focus on day-to-day operations consistently resulted in financial success for the properties under his management.
