Established in 2004, Murn has over 50 years of combined experience in multifamily including property management, development, and acquisitions. We operate under the principles of professionalism, excellence, and a dedication to managing and developing great apartment homes in amazing locations.
Chris established Murn Development in 2004. Since then, Chris has provided strategic leadership for the successful development of 1,594 Class-A multifamily apartment homes throughout the state of Maryland, conservatively valued at $400 million. In addition to his work in multifamily, Chris actively works on land development of single-family homes.
In his previous role as Land Acquisition Manager for a national firm, Chris oversaw the development of six, award-winning townhomes and apartment projects in just four years. With over 20 years of relevant experience, Chris stands among the real estate industry elite.
Keith joined Murn in 2016 to spearhead the property management division. He is responsible for the strategic growth of Murn Management, client/investor relations, and general oversight of the communities.
Keith is a longstanding property management executive with over 20 years of experience and a track record of success. Prior to Joining Murn, Keith served as SVP of a National Property Management Company where he was responsible for the management of over 50 existing apartment and mixed-use communities, in Pennsylvania and Maryland, for a total of approximately 13,000 apartment homes.
Keith is an active member of the real estate community whose professional affiliations include: Maryland Multi-Housing Association (MMHA - President 2018, Vice President 2017), Urban Land Institute, BRAC Business Initiative, and the Project Management Institute.
Megan joined Murn in 2016 as Senior Vice President of the property management division. Megan is responsible for the operations and financial performance within Murn’s management portfolio.
Megan has over 17 years of experience in financial management, portfolio management with Class-A properties, stabilized asset management and lease-up projects in urban/suburban markets of the Baltimore-Washington corridor. In previous roles, Megan handled on-site management operations, worked as a corporate level Marketing Manager, and a Regional Portfolio Manager where she oversaw approximately 2,500 apartment homes. Throughout her career, Megan has been an invaluable asset to every ecosystem within her portfolio.
