Becky Clise

Becky Clise serves as Regional Portfolio Manager, bringing more than 20 years of multifamily property management experience leading large, multi-state portfolios and driving operational, financial, and organizational excellence. Throughout her career, she has overseen more than 10,000 apartment homes across 63 properties, spanning high-rise, mid-rise, garden, townhome, commercial, student housing, lease-up, and value-add communities. She partners closely with ownership groups and onsite teams to maximize asset performance while fostering strong, people-focused cultures.

Recognized for her strategic leadership and collaborative approach, Becky has a proven track record of building high-performing teams, strengthening operational infrastructure, and delivering long-term portfolio success. Her experience includes overseeing complex acquisitions, capital improvement initiatives, operational transitions, and large regional portfolios while consistently driving occupancy, financial performance, and resident satisfaction.

Passionate about developing future leaders, Becky created the Future Leaders in Training Program and the Maintenance Operations Advisor role—initiatives that enhanced talent development and organizational performance. A respected industry leader, she has served as Board President and Executive Committee Member of the Maryland Multi-Housing Association and holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation.
